Grid Connected! ReneSola's 9MW PV project in Xuzhou has reached full capacity and is now connected to the grid!

Recently, ReneSola's 9MW rooftop distributed PV power generation project in Xuzhou has been successfully accepted and connected to the grid!

The project is located at Jiangsu Xuzhou Chenqi Automobile Science and Technology Co., Ltd. It was officially launched in August 2023, with a total installed capacity of 9MW. It is expected to generate 10 million kilowatt-hours of electricity throughout the year, saving 3,053 tonnes of standard coal, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 8,397 tonnes per year. This initiative will not only help reduce the consumption of fossil energy sources and environmental pollution but also promote the sustainable development of the economy. It will play a crucial role in further optimizing the energy structure, promoting the popularization and application of clean energy, and has far-reaching significance.

The project utilized ReneSola's P-type 550W single-glass high-efficiency modules, model RS6-535.~The 555M-E3 solar panel boasts a maximum efficiency of 21.48% and dimensions of 2278×1134×35mm. It is ideal for ultra-large ground power stations and distributed projects due to its high power generation performance, reliability, and stability. The advantages of this match are obvious. Firstly, it maximizes the unused space on the roof of the plant by converting solar energy into electricity, thus achieving energy recycling. Secondly, the introduction of photovoltaic modules reduces T&T's reliance on traditional energy sources and decreases carbon emissions, thereby enhancing environmental quality. By reducing energy costs, T&T further enhances its competitiveness and lays a solid foundation for sustainable development.

Looking ahead, the combination of ReneSola modules with rooftop photovoltaic systems for Tatsuya's automotive plants is anticipated to be extended to additional industrial sectors. With the continuous progress of photovoltaic technology and cost reductions, this green energy solution will become the mainstream choice in the industrial sector, promoting the development of the green industry to new heights.
