ReneSola Participates in Iraq Power Energy Exhibition, Helping Foster New Landscape for Energy Transition in the Middle East!
Recently, ReneSola showcased its core products at Booth B-17 in the DIAMOND Hall at the 11th Iraq Power Energy Exhibition. Focusing on local energy needs, we highlighted our BC modules and integrated solar-storage solutions, presenting advanced photovoltaic products and comprehensive solutions to the Middle East market.

Located in the Middle East, Iraq is extremely rich in solar energy resources, with annual sunshine hours reaching 3,000–3,650, providing exceptional conditions for the development of the photovoltaic industry. Additionally, the Iraqi government plans to increase renewable energy capacity to 12 gigawatts by 2030 and aims to achieve $100 billion in green economy investments by 2035. These policies provide strong support for the growth of the photovoltaic industry.
Expanding into the Iraqi Market to Support Local Energy Upgrades
To promote the leapfrog development of Iraq's energy and power sector, ReneSola has officially entered the local market, offering one-stop energy solutions. The flagship "modules + inverters + energy storage" system precisely meets the electricity needs of residential, commercial, industrial, and large-scale power plant scenarios, ensuring seamless adaptation across all applications and delivering stable, efficient power.

Iraq's high temperatures, intense sunlight, and frequent sandstorms pose significant challenges to the performance and stability of photovoltaic modules. In response, ReneSola has introduced BC modules and 210N-TOPCon high-efficiency modules, which demonstrate outstanding environmental adaptability. This series of modules is suitable for ground-mounted power stations, commercial and industrial applications, and other scenarios, ensuring long-term stable operation and resistance to harsh conditions, thereby providing reliable support for photovoltaic projects in Iraq.
A New Chapter in Localized Energy Cooperation
During the exhibition, the ReneSola team had the privilege of engaging in in-depth discussions with Iraq's Minister of Energy, analyzing the current state, challenges, and trends of the local energy market. Insights were also shared regarding the government's policy direction and planning in the energy sector, offering valuable guidance for ReneSola to gain a deeper understanding of the local market environment and accurately grasp policy opportunities.

At the same time, ReneSola held productive talks with Mr. Suleyman, a renowned local real estate developer. ReneSola provided detailed introductions to its diverse range of products, including modules and energy storage systems. Mr. Suleyman expressed strong interest, noting their alignment with the demand for green and smart housing in Iraq and recognizing broad prospects for cooperation. Both parties explored cooperation models and promotion strategies in depth, reaching preliminary agreements.
Embarking on a New Journey in Green Energy
ReneSola is actively expanding into the Iraqi market, guided by a localization strategy and supported by a global supply chain to ensure agile project delivery. Its integrated "modules + inverters + energy storage" solution is tailored to the local environment and market needs, complemented by full-cycle smart operation and maintenance services to help customers reduce costs and improve efficiency. By deeply engaging in Iraq's energy transition, the company is well-positioned to ride the wave of policy support and explore new opportunities in this emerging market.
